  • Regular Season:
    Nightly Rates (up to 6 people): $175 per night (2 night minimum)

    Weekly Rates (up to 6 people): $950 per week

  • Peak Seasons:
    Dec. 24-Jan. 2: $195 per night (5 night minimum)
    Feb. 17-27: $195 per night (5 night minimum)
    Oct. 1-10: $195 per night (3 night minimum)

  • Low Seasons: ( April, May, Oct. 15-Nov. 15)
    $145 per night (2 night minimum)
    Weekly Rates (up to 6 people): $800 per week

    Additional:

  • 9% Vermont Rooms Tax

  • $50 cleaning fee

  • 50% deposit is due upon booking. Balance is due upon arrival.

  • Payments can be made by cash or check.

  • Check in time: 4- 9pm

  • Check out: 11am

  • Non-smoking and no pets allowed.

  • We make every effort to have a clean, neat, comfortable place for you to enjoy while staying in Craftsbury. Please leave it as it was when you arrived.

  • We supply bedding, towels, cookware, flatware, dishes, coffee maker, microwave, blender, dish detergent and trash bags.

  • We may have limited time between guests so we request that you: leave used towels on counter in bathroom, wash and put away all dishes, wipe clean the counters and stove top and remove all trash and place in bags in outside can by garage.
